The Process.
Step 1
Once you have registered interest and submitted basic details, we will create you a log in to access the portal. From here, you will need to build your profile. This can be done online or on the go!
Step 2
A defining factor of your profile will be the pre-interview screening. All potential employers will have access to this video as a first port of call when it comes to shortlisting candidates for interview. You will be asked to record yourself answering a selection of ice-breaker style questions.
Step 3
Once you’ve created a detailed profile, you’ll want to make sure it is as up to date as possible with all your information and availability. There is a handy interview availability tool, allowing you full flexibility.
Step 4
Your hard work is done! Just remember to upkeep your profile and wait for the interview invitations to drop onto your portal.

Pinpoint will come with it’s own dedicated mobile app which enables candidates to stay up-to-date with information regarding new roles and opportunities on the go.
As well as this, the app actively promotes engagement and prompts candidates to upkeep and maintain their profiles, including our unique pre-interview videos. This ensures the talent pool remains active and current.
